The idea for urwords started when I attended my youngest sisters graduation from masters in teaching in the spring of 2005. She spent 6 months researching and writing her thesis. At graduation the university presented her with 3 bound books- one for her, one for my folks and one to put in their library. I thought… ok so I’m not gonna read it but there has to be some part of it that is interesting or useful to someone. Expanding the idea, there has to be someone that wants to read the research or work from everyone else out there. That’s how the idea started to share a greater portion of the work and content that we produce with a larger audience.
